Government signs agreement with China for the implementation of Digital TelevisionOn March 5, 2019, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in Dili, an agreement was signed between the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and the Republic of China for the implementation of Digital Television. The agreement was signed by the Secretary of State for Social Communication, Mericio Juvinal dos Reis "AKARA" and the Ambassador of China to Timor-Leste, Xiao Jianguo.
