Prime Minister visits STAEOn 15 February, the Prime Minister, Rui Maria de Araújo, did a surprise visit to the Technical Secretariat of the Electoral Administration (STAE) in Caicoli, Díli, to learn about the difficulties this institution faces in the preparation of the presidential and parliamentary elections.
