This seminar being organized by the Technical Training Centre for Communication (CEFTEC) is intended to General Directors, National Directors, Heads of Department, Media Techinicians and Press Advisors.

The following topics will be developed: Activity Performance of the Media Officer; Relation between State Institutions and Media Bodies; Inter-Ministerial Relation by Ministries Departments and State Institutions; and Institutional Communication.

João Carlos Barradas ( journalist and trainer at CENJOR), Father Martinho Gusmão and Gabriela Carrascalão (journalist and former Communication Adviser at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the IV Constitutional Government) will be the speakers of this event, which also counts with the participation of the Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission, Mr. Libório Pereira, the Vice Prime Minister Coordinator of Social Affairs, Mr. Fernando La Sama de Araújo, and FRETILIN Secretary-Genera and former Prime Minister, Dr. Mari Alkatiri.
