Meeting of the Council of Ministers on December 16, 2020
The Council of Ministers met, at Government Palace, in Dili, and approved the Government Resolution draft, presented by the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Fidelis Manuel Leite Magalhães, for the appointment of Jaime Fernando dos Mártires Carvalho Correia, as the President of the National Press of Timor Leste, IP (INTL) Governing Board, for a 4 year’s term.
The Council of Ministers also approved a resolution draft, with amendments, presented by the Minister of Public Works, Salvador Soares dos Reis Pires, regarding the supplement provisioning procedure approval, or amendment, to the Public Contract referring to the period of supervision’s extension on the improvement works and maintenance of road sections between Baucau and Lautém, between Maubara and Karimbala, and between Atabae and Mota-Ain.
Lastly, the Council of Ministers approved the Government Decree draft referring to the first amendment to the Government Decree N. 14/2020, of October 23rd, on the implementation of the 2020 General State Budget. With this amendment, the Payment Commitments Forms (CPV) may now be submitted to the integrated financial management system (SIGF), Portuguese acronym) until December 17th, 2020. END
