Reforms of the Sixth Constitutional Government enable sustainable development

An expo on the four core reforms that the Sixth Constitutional Government is undertaking took place on June 5th, in the hall of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, in Dili, an event that brought together several members of the Government.

In his welcoming remarks the Prime Minister, Rui Maria de Araújo, stressed the need for the next Government to continue these reforms to ensure sustainable development.

The leaders of the four reform areas (Economic Reform and Development; Fiscal Reform; Public Administration Reform; and Legislative and Justice Sector Reform) explained the work that has been done and how all issues are interconnected.

The expo was attended by a large number of media professionals, who were provided with materials on the reforms and their progress.
