Tour de Timor 2016

Opening Ceremony: 7:00 AM, Government Palace

Officially presented on 7 June by the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport, Leovigildo da Costa Hornai, and former President of the Republic, José Ramos-Horta, Tour de Timor will take place for five days, with the following stages:

- 1st stage: starting from Dili to Manatuto through Remexio sub districts (Aileu) and Laclo (Manatuto) with a total distance of 82.5 km.
- 2nd stage: starting from the city of Manatuto to sub district of Quelicai (Baucau) with a total distance of 92.5 km.
- 3rd stage: starting from sub district of Quelicai (Baucau) to Illiomar sub district (Lautem), through sub districts of Uatulari and Uatucarbau (Viqueque) with a total distance of 83.5 km.
- 4th stage, starting from Illiomar sub districts (Lautem) to the city of Los Palos with a total distance of 104 km, and
- 5th stage, starting from the town of Los Palos to the city of Baucau, with a total distance of 87 km.
